Description
The strips cut are made by a cross knife which reduces them to small pieces. With this machine it is possible to have a considerable volume reduction of waste materials which could than be removed with your extraction system.
A belt conveyor moves the materials into the cutting area. The power transmission is by means of a reduction gear operating with a self-braking motor and double lateral crank drives.
These machines could be placed in front of a single knife guillotine so that the operator can place the veneer waste on the conveyor which will carry it off to the veneer waste chipper.
Chippers can also be placed behind a double knives guillotine to recover and chip veneer waste produced by these machines.
